Go to the Color Settings - select a setting from the drop-down or create your own - but make sure to deselect the "Ask When Opening" fields for Profile Mismatches and Missing Profiles along with the "Ask When Pasting" field. Open a photo - the dialog will come up once again but give you the option to select "Don't Ask Again" - click that, open, close - then reopen and you'll never be bothered again. That being said - I wouldn't recommend doing that if you want to be color-conscious, however!
